Old School Cool! Fantastic experience. I needed to have a cylinder head machined. These guys took great care of me. Got it back sparkling clean and machined to mirror finish in just 3 days despite them having a lot of other work. They did the valve seals too. I bolted on the header last Fiday, so far so good. Shout out to Ross and to anybody else involved whom I did not see. Excellent, no nonsense, old school machine shop without gimmicky attitude. Will choose no other shop from now on. Recommend to a friend.

The guys here at 1st class professionals. Had them machine a pair of Model A Ford manifolds. The job they did was absolutely first class. Dropped them off Monday afternoon at picked them up Tuesday morning. First class professionals.

I've been taking engine parts 'n pieces here for well over a decade. Kim and the rest of the team have always been great. They've done a few engines for me (crank polish, block bore 'n hone) and then I put it all together at home. They might not have your engine back to ya in 24 hours (probably because they have way more demand for their services than a supply of time to do the work) but it will get done right. I have never had an issue with any of their work, I'm right now putting together an engine they bored/honed, surfaced the head, checked rods, et cetera, February of 2025. Even when I've got dumb questions or I've called for advice only and NOT brought them an engine or paid them a nickel they've always been spot-on! I looked high-and -low for a good engine shop and since I found them they're the only place I take any machine shop work. And I'm in Chicago...they are not a quick drive from my house!

The s place is awesome!! This was my 1st time rebuilding a motor. Mercruiser (GM V8) 350. They helped answer my questions & besides machining my block, help fix an issue I had with poorly made connecting rods bought from Summit Racing. Would definitely recommend Kim & crew!!!
